EMS Design

For the US General Services Administration, Soyka & Company directed a project to implement a national EMS for GSA’s Public Buildings Service (PBS).  We performed an evaluation of existing environmental compliance and management policies, practices, and guidance, and fashioned strategy for developing and implementing comprehensive EMS that complies with all federal government directives while promoting efficiency.  We also developed a comprehensive EMS training module and delivered this module in a pilot application at PBS’ Denver Federal Center.
