Soyka & Company’ s President, Peter Soyka, recently served as the first Coordinator of E-Enterprise for the Environment (E-Enterprise), a collaborative initiative involving federal, state, and tribal environmental agencies. He provided strategy and planning advice and services to the E-Enterprise Leadership Council (EELC), a 20-person oversight body comprised of senior U.S. EPA (e.g., deputy assistant administrator) and state (agency commissioner) executives as well as to professional staff. In this capacity, he identified key policy and strategy issues, surveyed members on their perceived importance, analyzed responses, and delivered actionable recommendations for EELC consideration of the most important issues. He also planned and facilitated meetings and regular conference calls, and provided project planning, research and analysis, and extensive internal communication and coordination in support of E-Enterprise activities, members, and partners. Mr. Soyka also offered expert advice on integrating best project management practices and developing performance measurement and evaluation methods and metrics.
