On-Site Fueling Model

Soyka & Company developed a new, easy-to-use spreadsheet model allowing facility managers nationwide to determine the costs and benefits of installing on-site vehicle fueling at their locations.  This model included numerous standard and default values, and showed that environmental compliance and related costs (e.g., RCRA permitting) preclude cost-effective on-site refueling in most cases, thereby saving the client significant time, possible misallocation of capital, and future costs and potential liabilities.
